Fidelity Gold Refinery partnership

The Company maintains strategic contractual arrangements for the export of investment-grade gold bullion through its Gold Supply and Purchase Agreement with Fidelity Gold Refinery, Zimbabwe’s sole authorized gold refining and export institution.

Group Chief Executive Officer & President

Eng. Levison King is the Co-Founding Director of Bullion Metallics International Group and a major shareholder in the Group. He provides strategic leadership across the Group's mining, commodities, and international trade operations. A qualified Network Engineer with postgraduate qualifications in Financial Engineering, he combines strong technical expertise with advanced financial and commercial acumen.

With over seven years of experience in the gold sector, Shingai has developed extensive expertise in gold trading, working closely with gold producers across Zimbabwe while supporting the industry through technology and business advisory services. He also possesses significant experience in structuring international trade finance solutions, collaborating with international financial institutions to facilitate the use of trade finance instruments for cross-border commodity transactions.

Counsel Saidi is the Co-Founding Director, second major shareholder, and Group Company Secretary of Bullion Metallics International Group. He provides strategic leadership across all legal, corporate governance, and compliance functions of the Group, ensuring adherence to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

An experienced corporate and commercial lawyer, he specializes in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, contract negotiation, cross-border transactions, and investment facilitation. Gerald plays a pivotal role in strengthening the Group's governance framework, supporting international partnerships, and promoting transparency, accountability, and sustainable corporate practices.

He also possesses extensive knowledge of dealing with government institutions, having worked closely with various governments across the African continent and Europe. With a strong track record in building strategic partnerships and driving cross-border commercial growth, Charles plays a key role in advancing the Group's international business development and investment objectives.
